Client has requested:
1. For a Sales order report in which he could be selected by Season or Multiple Material number
2. For a Purchase order report in which can be selected by Ex Factory date.

Client tried with VA05 T code in which he was unable to get the report (Sales Order report which could select by Season Code, or multiple Material Number).

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Sales order report for multiple Material number can be executed by using a T-Code VA05N by selecting multiple material numbers. Below is the screen shot.poter1.JPG

2. For Purchase order report using Ex-Factory Date: T-code ME2N can be used.

Go to Edit button in Menu bar and select Dynamic Selection.

Drop Purchasing Document Item highlighted in above screen shot, and drop down, Double Click Ex Factory Date and give the input.

Resolution

1. Suggested to use T code VA05N for Sales order report which can be selected by multiple Material number.
2. Suggested to use T-Code ME2N followed by the above process for Purchase order report which can be selected by the Ex Factory Date
